Delivery

Orders are packed at our Brisbane warehouse and sent anywhere in Australia with Australia Post. Postage is one flat price per order, set by the biggest item in it:

• Helmets — $29.95 standard, $65.00 express
• Jackets, accessories and parts — $19.95 standard, $50.00 express
• Gloves — $12.95 standard, $35.00 express

Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days and express 1–3. Pick up from BENDA Moto Brisbane or Melbourne is free.

Returns

Changed your mind, or the size isn't right? You can return gear within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, as long as it is unused and unworn, with its tags and original packaging. A helmet that has been worn on the road can't be taken back.

• Call us on 1800 023 632 or reply to your order email and we'll send you the return address.
• Return postage is paid by you, and the original postage is not refunded.
• Once it arrives and we've checked it, we refund the item to the card you paid with.
• Bought it in store? Bring it back to the store with your receipt.

Faulty items

Something faulty or not as described is always ours to fix, whatever the date — we cover the postage and you can choose a repair, replacement or refund as the Australian Consumer Law provides. See our Terms.
