A 498cc V-twin, selectable 2WD/4WD with a diff-lock, and 900kg on a braked hitch — the 550 with a passenger seat and 200mm more wheelbase under it. Hydraulic discs at both ends with ABS, on 14in. alloy beadlock rims, so the second person on board changes what you can carry and not what you can cross.
